- 50ml Steeltown Welsh Vodka
- ½ squeezed juice from lemon (25ml)
- 25ml Spirit of Wales simple syrup
- 5 Fresh Raspberries
- Prosecco

Instructions
Step One
Muddle 4 – 6 raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.Â
Step two
Add ice to the shaker and give it a shake until chilled and condensation appears on the outside.Â
Step three
Double strain in a wide mouth glass with 3-4 ice cubes and top up with prosecco and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick.Â
