Ingredients
- 8-10 blueberries
- 50ml Spirit of Wales 1st Distillery Release Welsh Vodka or Steeltown Welsh Vodka
- ½ squeezed juice from lemon (or 25ml lemon juice)
- 25ml simple syrup
- 25ml Red Wine (we prefer Malbec, but something deep and fruity)

Steeltown Vodka is a contemporary blend that combines complex cereal notes, fresh bread aromas, backed by delicate citrus-like freshness and pepper notes.
Instructions
Step One
Add fresh blueberries tothe bottom of a double rocks glass and top with ice.Â
Step two
Add Steeltown vodka, lemon, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.Â
Step three
Strain over ice and blueberries. Pour the wine over a teaspoon to create a red wine float.
