Ingredients
- 50ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml Spirit of Wales simple syrup or any sugar syrup.Â
- 10ml Elderflower cordial
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water, for topping up
Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Add your Steeltown Welsh Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and a dash of elderflower cordial to a shaker.Â
Step two
Once ready, strain the mixture over a couple of blocks of rock ice and then top up with soda water. Decorate with a sprig of your favourite herb and a slice of lemon.Â
Step three
If you’re feeling like a true vagabond, then top with sparkling wine to elevate it into an Elderflower Royale, but the soda version is just as good.
