Ingredients
- 40ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin or Steeltown Welsh Blueberry Gin for extra berry flavour
- 20ml Simple syrup
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Crème de Mure
- Berries and lemon zest, for garnish
Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Take a large measure of dry gin and it shake together with the lemon and sugar syrup.
Step two
Pour over crushed ice, and drizzle the crème de mure through the drink.
Step three
Garnish with a lemon zest or some fresh seasonal berries. A true party pleaser.
