- 50ml Steeltown Welsh Vodka
- 125ml Tomato Juice
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 25ml sweet sherry
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional hot sauce, salt, black pepper, and fennel seeds.

Instructions
Step One
Put a handful of ice into a large cocktail shaker. Pour tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice and sweet sherry into the shaker then add Worcestershire sauce.
Step two
Our ideal mix we also add, a few drops of hot sauce and a pinch each of salt, black pepper, and fennel seeds.
Step three
Shake hard for 20 seconds then strain into a tall glass with ice and garnish with a celery stick, lemon wedge and a cherry tomato.
