Steeltown Newport Lemonade
A super simple Welsh spring cocktail, with gin from the town of Steel. Although gin is traditionally paired with tonic water, we love to mix it up with lemonade, which lightens things up and is perfect for spring drinks. To make a Newport Lemonade, all you need is a glass, ice and a bottle of award-winning Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin, topped up with Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade. Pink Elderflower Royale – the perfect spring cocktail
Inspired by the Blueberry & Elderflower Fizz, we make our take with naturally sweetened Steeltown Blueberry and Heather Welsh Gin. A double floral delight with the elderflowers and heather tips prominent in the flavours. All you need is 50ml Steeltown Blueberry Gin, a mix of the best with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and a dash of syrup (to taste). Once done, add ice, and garnish with frozen or fresh blueberries and a wedge of lime. A refreshing spring drink from Wales.

Introducing the Dragon Spiced Mojito; like the classic, it’s got mint, lime, and simple syrup, but we have replaced the white rum with our curiously Welsh Dragon’s Breath Spiced Rum.
