- 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Instructions
Step One
Cut a lime into small chunks or thin wedges. Place them into the bottom of a sturdy tumbler or beaker if you have one, along with 2 tablespoons of brown granulated sugar. Â
Step two
Crush the lime and sugar with a muddler or spoon until mixed, then add 50ml of Welsh Vodka. Once ready, strain the mixture into a chilled glass with crushed ice and add a slice of lime for garnish. Â
