Ingredients
- 50ml Spirit of Wales Distillery Release Dry Gin
- 125ml Mediterranean tonic water
- Ice
- Orange or lemon and peppercorns to garnish
Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Fill a glass with 3 or 4 ice cubes, pour gin, add tonic.
Step two
Add orange and peppercorns to garnish.
