- 100ml award-winning Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- 3 tablespoons loose whole-leaf Earl Grey tea
- An orange slice for garnish
- Ice blocks
Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Combine 100ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin in a clean glass jar, with 3 tablespoons of loose whole-leaf Earl Grey Tea.
Step two
Cover the mixture as is with a lid and let it steep for 3 hours. When ready, strain the tea and discard the solids. (Trust us, the time is worth it)
Step three
Pour your Earl Grey-infused Welsh Gin over some ice, garnish with a slice of orange, and enjoy!
